Calling Spring... How to overcome fear?

Good morning!! I hope you´re all having a lovely week!
Welcome March!!

The biggest thing I believe stops people from chasing what they want most out of life is the lack of confidence. That´s what fear means along with comfort and security. I think self-confidence is something we may strive with growing up and something we never really learned to overcome. Sad to say, but it´s a requisite to pursue your dreams and to truly be yourself. Of course we all know that everyone has fears and doubts, but with a bit of confidence, you can get there!
To overcome fear and being more self-confident we must work on every single day. Here I will write down a few things I keep remembering myself everyday (the truth is that I often forget, so having them written is a better way for helping me! Hope it helps you too!):

# Accept yourself for what you are and trust yourself
# Do more of what makes you happy
# Surround yourself with people with positive vibes, the ones who believe in you and support you
# Make yourself look your best every single day. A positive image can make a world of difference

I guess I could go on and on, there are small lessons we can learn everyday, when things aren´t going our way. Every failure should be perceived as a step forward and an opportunity to learn and grow. Always try to look at the bright side of things and learn how to take just the positive part of situations;) What matters the most is to get going and start taking chances!!

"When you take risks you learn that there will be times when you succeed and there will be times when you fail, and both are equally important." - Ellen DeGeneres

Anyway down to business. If you have been reading my blog for a while, then you will know my obsession with sneakers. This time I left the sneakers at home and focused on something a little dressier. It´s been a fashion debate for me for a while now; the glove shoe, are they ugly? I can't decide but these Celine copies caught my eye last season and now almost every brand sell them. I feel that I've made a good investment, since they aren´t new in. I found these on Uterque, as a special edition shoes. Do you like them?

As you know I don´t wear a lot of high heels, but I´ve been having fun with them lately, especially going into the new season. I´m finding ways to add them to outfits I would normally wear with flats or sneakers. So, in this look I decided to mix sporty with sweet by adding this midi heels shoes!

The gray sweatshirt from Alphamoment is from their new SS16 collection. I chose to dress it down with some relaxed & ripped jeans. The biker jacket is a basic in my wardrobe (you can find it here). The envelope clutch from Intropia is a statement bag, besides the print version, it adds some color and texture to your daily wear.

Hope you like it and thanks for stopping by!
